FlexFit classes will be short, but effective workouts that can be modified for various fitness levels. We will focus mostly on body weight and kettle bell exercises, with some cardio.

Circuit Training classes have numerous stations that attendees will do a designated exercise for a set amount of time, then move to the next station. These workouts can also be modified for various fitness levels. These workouts will incorporate strength and cardio exercises.
