Group Classes

Spin Class LIVE!

Mondays - Sundays
24/7 - Every Hour

Spin classes are provided throughout the day from a live, online trainer.  Turn on the projector and get started with some great spin classes with world class instructors.  



This workout is great for people of all fitness levels.  Increase your kettlebell weight as you see the results each week.  From legs to upper body, this is a well rounded workout for everyone.



Pilates + Yoga, this class helps with strength and flexibility.  An hour long class that will sure to make you sweat.  It is a great exercise to end your weekend and get back to work.

Boxing 2.0

Our boxing circuit training program is intense!  Moving from station to station, this full body workout has everything from battle ropes to punching a bag.  Our 2.0 version will be even more intense!


Personal Training

The Climb Introduction

Monday - Thursday
4:00pm-6:00pm (schedule)

A 16 week program for people with a lower level of fitness.  A progression program with a change in exercises every 4 weeks.  A program you will see results after just 4 weeks!

Functional Training

Monday - Thursday
4:00pm-6:00pm (schedule)

This program is something you can do on your own, but we will show you!  A quick, simple program that will reduce daily injuries and help you live a simpler, pain free live!

Peak Training

Monday - Friday

We get down to the nitty gritty of strength, agility and speed form.  Developing good technique from squats to running form.  This program will take your abilities to another level.  

First Timer Personal Training

Monday - Thursday
4:00pm-6:00pm (schedule)

Every new member receives a free personal training session.  This session will show you the equipment we offer and how to use it properly.  We will show you exercise to fit your own goals.
